1. (1) Guardians must inform the department's regional GAP gatekeeper within 30 days of the change in circumstance that might affect the child's or youth's eligibility for GAP subsidy. Failure to report a change in circumstance may result in:

   1. (a) An overpayment;
   2. (b) Missed payment;
   3. (c) Lead to modification of their agreement; or
   4. (d) A suspension of their GAP subsidy.

2. (2) Changes in circumstance that must be reported include, but are not limited to:

   1. (a) Significant changes in the child's or youth's physical, mental, or behavioral condition;
   2. (b) The guardian's marital status;
   3. (c) The legal or physical custody of the child or youth;
   4. (d) The family's mailing address;
   5. (e) The child's or youth's enrollment in school; or
   6. (f) Changes to the youth's eligibility criteria for EGAP subsidy.
