Wash. Admin. Code § 110-50-0930 – Eligibility criteria for third party reimbursement

(1) For licensed caregivers to be eligible for third party reimbursement, occurrences must have happened on the dates when children or youth were:
1. (a) Placed in their home by the department; or
2. (b) At their licensed home for respite and the caregiver was receiving payments from the department.
(2) The following placements are not eligible for third party reimbursement including, but not limited to:
1. (a) GCFs;
2. (b) Residential private schools;
3. (c) Trial return home placements;
4. (d) Placements where the damage is covered by the CPA;
5. (e) Youth missing from care;
6. (f) Overnight status with parents or guardians;
7. (g) Extended foster care youth; and
8. (h) Inpatient treatment facilities.
