Caregivers must:

1. (1) Follow the educational plan approved by the children's or youth's caseworkers; and

2. (2) Enroll school-aged children or youth in public or tribal schools unless there is a court order allowing:

   1. (a) Home schooling;
   2. (b) Private schooling; or
   3. (c) Alternative learning experiences.
