RPSs must provide:

1. (1) Residential students with access to culturally appropriate items needed for grooming and personal hygiene; and

2. (2) Opportunities for residential students' health and wellness during noninstructional hours that include:

   1. (a) Developmentally appropriate physical activity; and
   2. (b) Activities that integrate them into the school and community when appropriate.
