Facilities licensed as RACs:

1. (1) Must follow the requirements outlined in RCW 74.15.311; and

2. (2) May provide the following:

   1. (a) Referrals and provision of health care assessments or screenings;
   2. (b) Community service referrals, as needed; and
   3. (c) Initial assessment of children's or youth's functioning.
