1. (1) Licensees:

   1. (a) Must not allow smoking or vaping inside the building or while transporting children or youth in motor vehicles; and
   2. (b) May permit adults 21 years old or older to smoke or vape on the premises outdoors away from children and youth, per RCW 70.160.075.
2. (2) This section does not apply to traditional or spiritual Native American or religious ceremonies involving the use of tobacco, which may be used on the premises outdoors.
