1. (1) Licensees must:

   1. (a) Maintain adequate sewage and garbage facilities;
   2. (b) Not allow running water to exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit; and
   3. (c) Provide individual drinking cups or glasses, paper cups, or drinking fountains.

2. (2) Licensed buildings must:

   1. (a) Be connected to a public sewer system or have an on-site sewage system permitted by the local health department or DOH; and

   2. (b) Have access to either:

      1. (i) Public water supplies approved by the local health district or tribal government; or

      2. (ii) Private water supplies that have been tested and approved:

         1. (A) By the local health district or a private water-testing laboratory approved by DOH; and

         2. (B) At the time of:

            1. (I) Licensing;
            2. (II) License renewal; and
            3. (III) Any time the department deems necessary.
