Licensees must:

1. (1) Store dangerous chemicals in a place that is inaccessible to children ages birth through six years old or others who might be endangered based on their developmental capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

   1. (a) Cleaning supplies;
   2. (b) Toxic or poisonous substances;
   3. (c) Aerosols; and
   4. (d) Other items with warning labels;
2. (2) Clearly label containers when they are filled with toxic substances from a stock supply; and
3. (3) Store toxic substances separately from food items.
