1. (1) Firearms are not allowed on the premises, except for law enforcement.

2. (2) Ammunition and other weapons are not allowed on the premises, except for:

   1. (a) Law enforcement; and
   2. (b) OYSs as outlined in WAC 110-145-3400.

3. (3) Licensees must develop and follow their policy and procedures approved by the department for firearms, ammunition, and other weapons that includes:

   1. (a) Protocols to keep children and youth safe if firearms, ammunition, or other weapons are found on the premises;
   2. (b) Safe disposal of firearms, ammunition, and other weapons found on the premises; and
   3. (c) Actions to take if children or youth use a common item as a weapon.
