1. (1) In carrying out its responsibilities for oversight and accountability of the performance and effectiveness of schools it authorizes, the commission may utilize information including, but not limited to:

   1. (a) The annual reports submitted to the commission under RCW 28A.710.040;
   2. (b) All reports and data submitted to the office of the superintendent of public instruction under chapter 28A.710 RCW;
   3. (c) Data and information obtained through annual site visits;
   4. (d) Data and information obtained under the charter contract;
   5. (e) Financial data and audit materials; and
   6. (f) Any other information, data or materials associated with the schools.
2. (2) The commission will require submission of, or access to, materials or data from the school deemed reasonably necessary for oversight and accountability of the schools.
