1. (1) Public record. The term "public record" and other terms defined in the Public Records Act shall have the same meaning in this chapter that they have under the Public Records Act.
2. (2) Public Records Act. References in this chapter to the "Public Records Act" are to chapter 42.56 RCW.
3. (3) Requestor. A "requestor" is any person or entity requesting public records of the university pursuant to the Public Records Act.
4. (4) University. The term "university" means Central Washington University.
