RCW 82.12.9995 — Exemptions—Restaurant employee meals.

(1) The provisions of this chapter do not apply in respect to a meal provided without specific charge by a restaurant to its employees.
(2) For the purposes of this section, the definitions in RCW 82.08.9995 apply.
