RCW 79.13.030 — Lease contents.

Every lease issued by the department must contain:

1. (1) The specific use or uses to which the land is to be employed;
2. (2) The improvements required, if any;
3. (3) Provisions providing that the rent is payable in advance in quarterly, semiannual, or annual payments as determined by the department, or as agreed upon by the lessee and the department;
4. (4) Other terms and conditions as the department deems advisable, subject to review by the board, to achieve the purposes of the state Constitution and this chapter.
