RCW 77.65.350 — Salmon roe—Sale by crewmember on a boat designated on a salmon charter license—Requirements.

1. (1) Crewmembers on a boat designated on a salmon charter license may sell salmon roe subject to rules of the department as long as:

   1. (a) The salmon is taken by an angler fishing on the charter boat and recorded on the angler's catch record card;
   2. (b) The roe is the property of the angler until the roe is given to the crewmember. The crewmember shall notify the charter boat's passengers of this fact;
   3. (c) The crewmember sells the roe to a licensed wholesale fish buyer; and
   4. (d) The crewmember is employed on a salmon charter boat designated on a valid license at the time of the sale.
