RCW 77.15.196 — Unlawful poison—Penalty.

1. (1) It is unlawful to poison or attempt to poison any animal using sodium fluoroacetate, also known as compound 1080, or sodium cyanide.
2. (2) A person violating this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
