RCW 70A.55.020 — Definitions.
The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
- (1) "Account" means the diesel idle reduction account created in RCW 70A.55.040.
- (2) "Department" means the department of ecology.
- (3) "Loan recipient" means a state, local, or other governmental entity that owns diesel vehicles or equipment.
