RCW 70A.535.190 — Department duty to publish—Analysis—Forecasts.

(1) The department shall publish on its website analysis and forecasts of the credit markets created by this chapter, including:
1. (a) The prices of credits in Washington and the price of credits as compared to other jurisdictions implementing similar clean fuels policies;
2. (b) Trends in credit supply and demand;
3. (c) Activities in the credit markets, including volume of credits transferred and price per credit, categorized by fuel type;
4. (d) The share of deficits generated by fuel type, and the share of credits generated by fuel type; and
5. (e) Trends in in-state biofuel feedstock production types and volumes.
(2) The department must consider the analysis in subsection (1) of this section in adopting rules to implement the requirements of this chapter.
