RCW 70.28.008 — Definitions.

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

1. (1) "Department" means the department of health;
2. (2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department of health or his or her designee;
3. (3) "Tuberculosis control" refers to the procedures administered in the counties for the control, prevention, and treatment of tuberculosis.
