RCW 67.38.020 — Definitions.

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, for the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply:

1. (1) "Cultural arts, stadium and convention district," or "district," means a quasi municipal corporation of the state of Washington created pursuant to this chapter.
2. (2) "Component city" means an incorporated city within a public cultural arts, stadium and convention benefit area.
3. (3) "City" means any city or town.
4. (4) "City council" means the legislative body of any city.
5. (5) "Municipality" means a port district, public school district or community college district.
