RCW 64.35.210 — Notice of qualified warranty—History of claims.

1. (1) Every public offering statement and resale certificate shall affirmatively state whether or not the unit and/or the common elements are covered by a qualified warranty, and shall provide to the best knowledge of the person preparing the public offering statement or resale certificate a history of claims under the warranty.

2. (2) The history of claims must include, for each claim, not less than the following information for the unit and/or the common elements, as applicable, to the best knowledge of the person providing the information:

   1. (a) The type of claim that was made;
   2. (b) The resolution of the claim;
   3. (c) The type of repair performed;
   4. (d) The date of the repair;
   5. (e) The cost of the repair; and
   6. (f) The name of the person or entity who performed the repair.
