The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

1. (1) "Agency" means the following executive branch agencies and offices of statewide elected officials:

   1. (a) Department of agriculture;
   2. (b) Department of archaeology and historic preservation;
   3. (c) Department of ecology;
   4. (d) Department of fish and wildlife;
   5. (e) Gambling commission;
   6. (f) Department of health;
   7. (g) Department of labor and industries;
   8. (h) Department of licensing;
   9. (i) *Liquor control board;
   10. (j) Department of natural resources;
   11. (k) Parks and recreation commission;
   12. (l) Department of revenue;
   13. (m) Department of transportation; and
   14. (n) Utilities and transportation commission.
2. (2) "Office" means the office of regulatory assistance.
