Wash. Rev. Code § 28A.715.025 – Willful noncompliance with state law.

(1) Except as provided otherwise by this section, RCW 28A.300.0711 through 28A.300.0714 govern school operation and management under RCW 28A.715.020 and apply to state-tribal education compact schools subject to this chapter to the same extent as it applies to school districts.
(2) RCW 28A.300.0711(4) governs school operation and management under RCW 28A.715.020 and applies to state-tribal education compact schools subject to this chapter to the extent that a statute or chapter listed in RCW 28A.300.0711(4) applies to state-tribal education compact schools under RCW 28A.715.020.
