1. (1) The provisions of this chapter govern fiduciaries acting under wills, agreements, court orders, and other instruments effective before or after January 1, 1985.
2. (2) To the extent that this chapter is in conflict with RCW 11.68.090, RCW 11.68.090 prevails.
