As used in this subchapter:

1. (1) “RAPs” means “Required Agricultural Practices” as defined by the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets pursuant to subchapter 1 of this chapter.
2. (2) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
3. (3) “Agency” means the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
4. (4) “FSA” means the “Farm Service Agency,” formerly named the “Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service,” of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
5. (5) “NRCS” means the “Natural Resources Conservation Service,” formerly named the “Soil Conservation Service,” of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
