Composition of Agency

An Agency is created consisting of the following former departments:
- (1) the Department of Aeronautics;
- (2) the Department of Highways;
- (3) the Department of Motor Vehicles; and
- (4) the Department of Bus, Rail, Waterways and Motor Carrier Services.
