There is created the legislative Health Reform Oversight Committee. The Committee shall be composed of the following eight members:

1. (1) the Chair of the House Committee on Appropriations;
2. (2) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Appropriations;
3. (3) the Chair of the House Committee on Ways and Means;
4. (4) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Finance;
5. (5) the Chair of the House Committee on Health Care;
6. (6) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare;
7. (7) the Chair of the House Committee on Human Services; and
8. (8) one member of the Senate appointed by the Committee on Committees.
