Interpreting documents incorporated by reference.

Effective Mar 13, 2024Virginia Register Volume 40, Issue 13§ 10.1-1307.04 of the Code of Virginia.State Air Pollution Control Board

1. "California" means "Virginia";
2. "CARB," "ARB," or "Air Resources Board" means the department; and
3. "Executive Officer" means the board.

In the standards incorporated by reference into this chapter, make the following substitutions, unless context requires otherwise:
