Permit revocation, surrender of materials.

Effective Jan 24, 1997Virginia Register Volume 13, Issue 5§§ 46.2-1178.1, 46.2-1179, 46.2-1180, and 46.2-1187.2 of the Code of Virginia.State Air Pollution Control Board

Upon notice of revocation, emissions inspection stations shall surrender to the department all permits, forms, data media and documents issued by or purchased from the department.
