1. A. No person shall transfer an authorization to operate under the general permit from one stationary source to another or from one piece of equipment to another.
2. B. In the case of a transfer of ownership of a stationary source, the new owner shall comply with any permit issued or authorization to operate under the general permit granted to the previous owner. The new owner shall notify the department of the change in ownership within 30 days of the transfer.

3. C. In the case of a name change of a stationary source, the owner shall comply with any permit issued or authorization to operate under the general permit granted under the previous source name. The owner shall notify the department of the change in source name within 30 days of the name change.
