Each CO₂ allowance that is held in a compliance account or a general account will remain in such account unless and until the CO₂ allowance is deducted or transferred under 9VAC5-140-7180, 9VAC5-140-7260, 9VAC5-140-7280, or Article 7 (9VAC5-140-7300 et seq.) of this part.
