1. A. Discharges covered under this section. The requirements listed under this section apply to stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from facilities with SIC Codes 4011, 4013, 4111‑4173, 4212‑4231, 4311, and 5171.

2. B. Benchmark monitoring and reporting requirements. Facilities or stormwater discharges included in this sector are required to monitor their stormwater discharges for the pollutants of concern listed in Table 390.
