1. A. Discharges covered under this section. The requirements listed under this section apply to stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from the following fabricated metals industries, except for electrical related industries: fabricated metal products, except machinery and transportation equipment, SIC Codes 3411-3471, 3479, and 3482-3499; and jewelry, silverware, and plated ware, SIC Codes 3911-3915.

2. B. Benchmark monitoring and reporting requirements. Metal fabricating facilities are required to monitor their stormwater discharges for the pollutants of concern listed in Table 340.
