1. A. Discharges covered under this section. The requirements listed under this section apply to stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from food and kindred products processing facilities, including dairy products SIC Codes 2021‑2026; grain mill products SIC Codes 2041‑2048; and fats and oils SIC Codes 2074‑2079.
2. B. Special conditions. Prohibition of nonstormwater discharges. In addition to the general nonstormwater prohibition in Part I B 1, the following discharges are not covered by this permit: boiler blowdown, cooling tower overflow and blowdown, ammonia refrigeration purging, and vehicle washing and clean-out operations.

3. C. Benchmark monitoring and reporting requirements. Dairy products, grain mills and fats and oils products facilities are required to monitor their stormwater discharges for the pollutants of concern listed in Table 280.
