Applicability of fees.

Effective Apr 30, 1986§§ 10.1-1402.1 and 10.1-1433 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.Virginia Waste Management Board

Any person applying for a certification of site approval is subject to the regulations regarding payment of fees.
