- A. The provider shall ensure that the total number of children receiving care at any one time does not exceed four, which is the maximum capacity allowed by law (§ 22.1-289.015 of the Code of Virginia) for family day homes that may apply for voluntary registration.
- B. The adult-to-child ratios for voluntary registration shall be same as those for licensed day homes.
