1. A. All residents transferred between JCCs shall receive a medical, dental, and mental health screening by health trained or qualified health care personnel upon arrival at the facility. The screening shall include:

   1. 1. A review of the resident's health care record;
   2. 2. Discussion with the resident on his medical status; and
   3. 3. Observation of the resident.
2. B. All findings shall be documented and the resident shall be referred for follow-up care as appropriate.
