1. A. The department shall require the principal researcher to submit a formal final report to the coordinator of external research and may require up to 10 copies of the report.

2. B. The report shall contain, unless waived by the director or designee, the following statement:

   "The findings of this study are the responsibility of the researchers, and cooperation by the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice in facilitating this research should not be construed as an endorsement of the conclusions drawn by the researchers."
