Confidentiality of records.

Effective Oct 1, 2002Virginia Register Volume 18, Issue 24§§ 16.1-233, 16.1-309.2 and 66-10 of the Code of Virginia.Department (Board) of Juvenile Justice

Juveniles' records shall be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
