1. A. Paid employment may be part of the rehabilitation and treatment plan for a postdispositional resident. Such work must be in a setting that the facility administrator has determined to be appropriate.
2. B. Paid employment for any resident participating in a postdispositional detention program must be in accordance with 6VAC35-101-920 (work and employment).
