Chemical agents.

Effective Jan 1, 2014Virginia Register Volume 29, Issue 25§§ 16.1-309.9, 16.1-322.7, and 66-10 of the Code of Virginia.Department (Board) of Juvenile Justice

Staff are prohibited from using pepper spray and other chemical agents to manage resident behavior or maintain institutional security.
