1. A. Individuals may apply for multiple certification categories during the initial application process by completing the applicable requirements for each category.

2. B. Certified individuals seeking to add categories to a current certification must:

   1. 1. Successfully complete all initial requirements for each additional certification category requested pursuant to this chapter;
   2. 2. Submit a properly completed application provided by the department; and
   3. 3. Submit the applicable, nonrefundable application fee.
