- A. Field training shall be completed in accordance with the requirements in 6VAC20-100-40. The superintendent or warden shall sign and submit the field training completion form for each officer to the department.
- B. Records and documentation shall be open to audit, inspection, and review by the department upon request.
- C. Training records shall be maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the Virginia Public Records Act (§ 42.1-76 et seq. of the Code of Virginia).
