Separation.

Effective Mar 8, 2018Virginia Register Volume 34, Issue 12§§ 53.1-5, 53.1-80, and 53.1-82 of the Code of Virginia.State Board of Local and Regional Jails

The facility shall be designed for the necessary sight and sound separation of males, females, and, if planned, of juveniles and with consideration to PREA.
