Toilet facilities.

Effective Jul 19, 1989§§ 45.1-161.3, 45.1-161.294 and 45.1-161.305 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Energy

Suitable, sanitary toilet facilities shall be provided for employees at readily available points in and around the mine.
