Penalties for violation.

Effective Aug 1, 2015Virginia Register Volume 31, Issue 25§§ 29.1-300.2 and 29.1-501 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Wildlife Resources

Unless otherwise specified, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
