Applicability of part.

Effective Jul 1, 1974§§ 29.1-103, 29.1-501, and 29.1-502 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Wildlife Resources

The provisions of this part shall apply only to gray and red squirrel and shall not be applicable to fox squirrel.
