1. 1. Annual Federal Uniform Act Statistical Report. An annual Uniform Act Statistical Report will be submitted for the period ending September 30 each year. The report shall be prepared by the central office relocation section and submitted to the Federal Highway Administration.

2. 2. Periodic Report of Residential Moving Cost Schedules. Periodically, the district office will be requested to initiate a survey to determine the adequacy of the current residential moving cost schedules.

   Local, reputable movers shall be contacted in order to determine their charges for moving unfurnished dwellings and furnished dwellings.

   Requests to the districts to provide information will be issued by the central office as necessary.
