1. A. No sign shall exceed the following limits:

   1. 1. Maximum area -- 150 square feet
   2. 2. Maximum height -- 20 feet.
   3. 3. Maximum length -- 20 feet.
2. B. All dimensions include border and trim, but exclude supports.
