22 Va. Admin. Code § 40-73-630

Observance of religious dietary practices.

Effective Feb 1, 2018Virginia Register Volume 34, Issue 6§§ 63.2-217, 63.2-1732, 63.2-1802, 63.2-1805, and 63.2-1808 of the Code of Virginia.Department of Social Services

A. The resident's religious dietary practices shall be respected.
B. Religious dietary practices of the administrator or licensee shall not be imposed upon residents unless specifically agreed upon in the admission agreement/acknowledgment between administrator or licensee and resident.
