1. A. The following areas in Virginia are quarantined for box tree moth:

   1. 1. The entire Counties of:

      Clarke; and

      Frederick.

   2. 2. The entire City of:

      Winchester.

2. B. Any area that is subject to a federal box tree moth quarantine, a box tree moth quarantine of another state, or state statute restricting the movement of box tree moth is considered a regulated area for the purposes of this chapter.
